Return To Housing Attestation Form: 2021 Winter Term Dear Resident Students, We look forward to having you return to campus housing for the 2021 winter term. As previously communicated, it is important that all residents transition back into their residence households in a careful manner. To promote the health and safety of the Redeemer community residents must strictly follow Ontario provincial protocols before returning to campus and affirm the attestations listed below. You CANNOT move back to your residence unit until you are able to affirm the attestations below. The residences will be open for the winter term at 9:00 AM on Saturday, January 9 pending your submission of the attestation form that affirms the attestations listed above. Note: Due to the nature of the attestations, you should complete the form on the day that you are moving into your residence.
