This form will contact both IT and the Registrar’s Office. IT will deliver the Zoom cart and the Registrar’s Office will book the meeting.

Note: All classroom are equipped with Zoom technology. Please only send in this form if you need a Zoom cart somewhere that is not a classroom. You can check the Redeemer App for more information: app.redeemer.ca/pages/audio-visual
